Ingredients for Caramel Cheesecake Martini

  • Vanilla vodka: Adds a smooth and fragrant vanilla flavor to the martini.
  • Kissed Caramel vodka: Infuses the cocktail cheesecake with a luscious caramel essence for a decadent twist.
  • Vanilla almond milk: A creamy and plant-based alternative to traditional dairy milk, adding a subtle vanilla undertone to the cheesecake alcoholic drink.
  • Graham cracker: Provides a delightful crumbly texture, giving this creamy dessert cocktail a classic graham cracker cheesecake crust.
  • Vegan caramel sauce: A sweet and rich sauce that brings the signature caramel flavor to the martini, perfectly complementing the cheesecake profile.
  • Agave: A natural sweetener that balances the flavors and adds a touch of sweetness to the cocktail.

Tips for Making a Caramel Cheesecake Martini

  • Adjust the Sweetness: Feel free to adjust the sweetness of your martini to suit your taste preferences. If you like it sweeter, add a little more agave or caramel sauce. If you prefer it to be less sweet, reduce the amount of agave.
  • Rim the Glass with Graham Cracker Crumbs: To add that extra touch of cheesecake goodness, rim your martini glass with crushed graham crackers. It not only looks fantastic but also provides a delightful contrast of textures. You can also simply add the graham crackers on top of the cocktail.
  • Get Creative with Garnishes: Caramel candies make lovely garnishes! You can also use vegan whipped cream or even a sprinkle of cocoa powder to elevate the drink’s presentation and taste.

Commonly Asked Questions about this Caramel Cheesecake Martini

Can I use a different type of plant-based milk instead of almond milk?

Absolutely! Feel free to use your favorite plant-based milk, such as oat milk, soy milk, or coconut milk. Choose one that complements the flavors you desire.

Can I substitute the vodka with another alcohol?

If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, you can replace the vodka with an alcohol-free vanilla extract or essence. It will still lend a lovely flavor to the martini.

What drink goes well with cheesecake?

Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling go well with classic cheesecake because their acidity balances the richness of the creamy dessert. The sweetness of Prosecco and Rose will also complement cheesecakes topped with fruits.

What alcohol goes with cheesecake?

If you’re making a cheesecake cocktail, you can use Irish cream, hazelnut liqueur, amaretto, or, like we did in this caramel cheesecake martini, caramel vodka.

What can I substitute for caramel vodka?

You can substitute caramel vodka with caramel whiskey or butterscotch schnapps in caramel cocktail recipes.

I made this caramel cheesecake martini for the super bowl party and it was a crowd favorite. I used your suggestion and used 1/2 graham cracker. I found your post from Pinterest! I’m also gonna pin this post on my Pinterest board my followers will love it. Thanks for sharing, Holly!

    1. Anne, unfortunately, with drink recipes, the options are a little bit limited. Trying to find the best match to a cheesecake was achieved with cream or milk. I didn’t think something like cream cheese (which would obviously be cheesecake authentic) would work too well in an alcoholic beverage like this one. A milkshake, maybe? But not this one. So as a recipe developer, I try as many different ways possible until I come as close as possible and hope my readers will like it as well as I do. I’m sorry it didn’t suit your liking.
