- 2 20-oz cans jackfruit, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
For serving:
Instructions
- Stir together the onion, garlic, and jackfruit in the bowl of the slow cooker.
