Tips For Making This Recipe

Line With Parchment Overhang

Line the baking dish with parchment paper that’s a bit larger. This way, you can use the overhang on each side to lift the granola bar bites out of the baking dish.

Cool Before Cutting

Allow the granola bars to cool for easier cutting. If you cut them while they’re still warm, they will fall apart.

Storage Tips

You can store these chewy granola bar bites in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
