Vegan Chicken Wings (Vegan Buffalo Wings)

- 10 pieces seitan chik’n wings
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Buffalo hot sauce
- 3 tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup dairy-free ranch for dipping
- 2 stalks celery, cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the seitan wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with vegetable oil on both sides.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip them, and bake the wings for another 10 minutes.
