Ingredients

  • 2 avocados ripe
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice about 1 lime
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves adjust to taste
  • 2 clobes garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • ½ cup canned green chiles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients by scooping the flesh of 2 ripe avocados into a blender or food processor. Squeeze in 2 tablespoons of lime juice, add 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves, mince 2 cloves of garlic, silken tofu and add 1/2 cup of canned green chiles. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper.
