This avocado cream sauce is perfect as a dip, spread, or dressing! It’s as creamy and delicious as avocado crema but completely dairy-free.

Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a food processor. Add in the lime juice, cilantro, garlic, silken tofu, green chiles, salt, and pepper.
Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. You can also add more lime juice.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve!
