- 1 can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Non-dairy sour cream for topping
- Shredded vegan cheese for topping
Instructions
