Notes

  • Refrigerate the canned coconut milk for at least 12 hours. Without shaking it, open the can and scoop out the solid portion. You can use the liquid portion for other recipes like smoothies.
  • What do you dip in this vegan chocolate fondue? Some crowd-pleasing dipper ideas to try are graham crackers, vegan marshmallows, chopped-up brownies, strawberry pound cake squares, and cookies.
  • What to do with leftover fondue? Transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to one week. You can reheat it and use it as a topping for banana pancakes or vanilla ice cream! For an easy dairy-free hot chocolate, stir a tablespoon or two of this slow-cooker chocolate fondue in a cup of plant milk!
