Lightly grease the slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray.
Add all the fondue ingredients into the slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on Low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Your vegan fondue is ready once the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Turn the slow cooker to Warm and serve with dippers of choice. Enjoy!
Notes
Refrigerate the canned coconut milk for at least 12 hours. Without shaking it, open the can and scoop out the solid portion. You can use the liquid portion for other recipes like smoothies.
What to do with leftover fondue? Transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to one week. You can reheat it and use it as a topping for banana pancakes or vanilla ice cream! For an easy dairy-free hot chocolate, stir a tablespoon or two of this slow-cooker chocolate fondue in a cup of plant milk!
