  • Place peeled chickpeas, cashew butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon in the food processor and process for 1 minute until smooth and well combined.
  • Serve dessert hummus with sliced green apples. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Want the best creamy texture on your dessert hummus? After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, arrange them on a towel and cover them with another towel. To remove their skins, just rub the towel over the chickpeas. Easy peasy!
  • Serve this addictive snickerdoodle hummus with bananas, strawberries, pita chips, graham crackers, and pretzels. You can also add it on top of vegan rice cakes, pancakes, and muffins!
  • You can keep your vegan snickerdoodle dip in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. In fact, it tastes even better if you refrigerate it before serving, so feel free to make it in advance!
