Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups organic coffee bean – 1 cup filtered water – coconut milk cream or vegan creamer of choice (optional)

STEP 1

Pulse 1 cup of whole coffee beans in a food processor or grinder to a medium coarse consistency.

STEP 2

Place coffee grounds in a large jar, then pour in 4 cups of filtered water (4:1 water to coffee ratio).

STEP 3

Cover and refrigerate for 15 hours.

STEP 4

Strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into another container.

STEP 5

Rinse the original jar, then pour the coffee concentrate back into it and refrigerate.

STEP 6

Pour coffee concentrate over ice and add vegan milk or creamer. Enjoy!
