Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed above. Secure the lid.
Use the blender's "Soup" function to blend the ingredients until smooth. Your blender's manual should provide instructions for using the Hot Soup setting.

This Vitamix green juice is supposed to be enjoyed warm. Make sure you use warm water and run the blender's "Hot Soup" program.
If your blender does not have a Soup function, blend the room-temperature ingredients with warmer water. Drape a towel over the blender lid and hold it down as you blend, starting on the lowest speed and then increasing to the highest speed.
This Vitamix apple juice is best enjoyed fresh since it's a warm drink. But if you have leftover juice, allow it to cool and transfer it into a covered jar for up to 3 days. You can simmer it on the stove to re-warm it before serving.
