Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed above. Secure the lid.
  • Use the blender's "Soup" function to blend the ingredients until smooth. Your blender's manual should provide instructions for using the Hot Soup setting.

Notes

  • This Vitamix green juice is supposed to be enjoyed warm. Make sure you use warm water and run the blender's "Hot Soup" program.
  • If your blender does not have a Soup function, blend the room-temperature ingredients with warmer water. Drape a towel over the blender lid and hold it down as you blend, starting on the lowest speed and then increasing to the highest speed.
  • This Vitamix apple juice is best enjoyed fresh since it's a warm drink. But if you have leftover juice, allow it to cool and transfer it into a covered jar for up to 3 days. You can simmer it on the stove to re-warm it before serving.
