These vegan totchos combine crispy tater tots with your favorite nacho toppings! Perfect for game day, movie night, or when you just need some comfort food.
Arrange the tater tots in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the tater tots from the oven and top with beans, corn, tomatoes, salsa, and 3/4 cup of cheese sauce.
Return to the oven and bake for another 12 to 15 minutes or until the tomatoes burst.
Remove from the oven and top your vegan totchos with avocado, green onions, cilantro, and remaining cheese sauce. Enjoy!
