  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Arrange the tater tots in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the tater tots from the oven and top with beans, corn, tomatoes, salsa, and 3/4 cup of cheese sauce.

  • Return to the oven and bake for another 12 to 15 minutes or until the tomatoes burst.
  • Remove from the oven and top your vegan totchos with avocado, green onions, cilantro, and remaining cheese sauce. Enjoy!
