Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the seitan wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with vegetable oil on both sides.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip them, and bake the wings for another 10 minutes.
While the wings are baking, make the sauce. Add the hot sauce to a small bowl.
Add the melted butter and spices. Whisk the ingredients together and set aside.
Once the vegan chicken wings are out of the oven, add them to a medium-sized bowl, pour the Buffalo sauce mixture on top, and toss.
Serve the vegan Buffalo wings with vegan ranch dip, carrot sticks, and celery.
Notes
You can fry these vegan Buffalo chicken wings in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Cook them for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
For extra crispy wings, fry them for a few minutes on each side until they are browned, then bake the vegan buffalo wings according to recipe instructions.
Serve the vegan wings immediately after tossing them in the Buffalo sauce to keep them from getting soggy.
