  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the seitan wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with vegetable oil on both sides.

  • Bake for 15 minutes, flip them, and bake the wings for another 10 minutes.

  • While the wings are baking, make the sauce. Add the hot sauce to a small bowl.
  • Add the melted butter and spices. Whisk the ingredients together and set aside.

  • Once the vegan chicken wings are out of the oven, add them to a medium-sized bowl, pour the Buffalo sauce mixture on top, and toss.

  • Serve the vegan Buffalo wings with vegan ranch dip, carrot sticks, and celery.

Notes

  • You can fry these vegan Buffalo chicken wings in a skillet with a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Cook them for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • For extra crispy wings, fry them for a few minutes on each side until they are browned, then bake the vegan buffalo wings according to recipe instructions.
  • Serve the vegan wings immediately after tossing them in the Buffalo sauce to keep them from getting soggy.
