  • Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for about 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Once the veggies have softened, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Transfer the sauteed vegetable mixture to a blender. Add the nutritional yeast and tofu and blend until smooth. Easy peasy! Serve with steamed broccoli or tortilla chips.
