Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
Whisk your vegan gravy over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
Remove from heat. Use it immediately or let it cool slightly to thicken up more.
Notes
Whisk your nutritional yeast gravy continuously to prevent the dry ingredients from catching on the bottom of the pan.
If your vegan gravy is not as smooth as you’d like it to be, transfer it to a blender and blend until lump-free.
You can make this veggie gravy in advance! Store it in an airtight container and refrigerate for 5 to 7 days. To serve, reheat on the stovetop over medium-low heat.
