  • Add all the ingredients to a saucepan. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Whisk your vegan gravy over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat. Use it immediately or let it cool slightly to thicken up more.

Notes

  • Whisk your nutritional yeast gravy continuously to prevent the dry ingredients from catching on the bottom of the pan.
  • If your vegan gravy is not as smooth as you’d like it to be, transfer it to a blender and blend until lump-free.
  • You can make this veggie gravy in advance! Store it in an airtight container and refrigerate for 5 to 7 days. To serve, reheat on the stovetop over medium-low heat.
