Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender, pouring in just enough coconut water to achieve your preferred smoothie consistency.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the blueberry lavender smoothie into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Combine 2 teaspoons of dried lavender flowers, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once bubbles form around the edges of the pan, remove the syrup from the heat, allow it to steep for 1 hour, and strain out the flowers.
  • Make your blueberry lavender smoothie tastier and healthier with add-ins like spinach, cauliflower, zucchini, apples, dates, vanilla protein powder, and chia seeds!
  • Smoothie bowls are best consumed right after they are prepared. Though you can keep the leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, the smoothie's consistency can get runny and won't be as satisfying.
