In a large glass pitcher, combine wine, vodka, cranberries, pomegranates, orange slices, and 1/4 cup agave*. Stir and taste for sweetness. If it's not sweet enough for your tastebuds, feel free to add more agave and stir again.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, up to overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
Right before serving, top the pitcher off with sparkling water and a few sprigs of rosemary.
To serve, feel free to rim a glass with agave and coconut sugar before pouring sangria.
