INGREDIENTS

– 2 13.5 ounce cans full-fat coconut milk – ⅔ cup 

STEP 1

Combine coconut milk and sugar in a saucepan.

STEP 2

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, whisking.

STEP 3

Cool, then refrigerate in a sealed container.

Tips for Making  Vegan Condensed Milk:

Use full-fat coconut milk as the base for your vegan condensed milk. It has a high-fat content and creaminess that will help mimic the texture of traditional condensed milk.
