Buffalo chicken wings

INGREDIENTS

– 10 pieces seitan chik'n wing – 2 tsp vegetable oil (you can also use olive and avocado oil) – ¼ cup buffalo hot sauce – 3 tbsp vegan butter melted – ¼ tsp onion powder – ¼ tsp garlic powder – ½ cup vegan ranch – 2 stalks celery cut into piece – 2 carrots cut into stick

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush both sides of the seitan "wings" with vegetable oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

STEP 2

Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

STEP 3

While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce with melted butter and spices.

whisking until well combined. Set aside.

STEP 5

Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

STEP 6

Serve the wings with ranch dressing, carrot sticks, and celery on the side. Enjoy!

Tips for Making  Vegan Buffalo Chicken Wings:

These veggie wings are also delicious pan-fried in a bit of oil (a few minutes on each side). Just make sure that the sauce is thoroughly cooked before serving.
