– 1/4 cup cornstarch
– pinch sea salt
– 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
– 1 1/2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
– pinch turmeric powder (optional, for color)
– 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
– 12 vegan vanilla wafer cookie
– 2-3 banana
– 2 cups

Combine sugar, cornstarch, sea salt, coconut milk, almond milk, and turmeric (if using) in a saucepan.

Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
