GRAVY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups vegetable broth – 3/4 teaspoon onion powder – 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast – 1 Tablespoon soy sauce – 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard – 1/4 cup all purpose flour

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

STEP 2

Bring to a boil, whisking over medium-high heat until thickened.

STEP 3

Remove from heat and serve immediately or let cool to thicken further. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
