INGREDIENTS

– The water from 1 15-oz. can of white beans (garbanzo or great northern beans), chilled (about 1/2 cup in total) – 1 Tablespoon arrowroot powder – 2 teaspoons stevia – 1 teaspoon vanilla

STEP 1

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix on high with a whisk attachment for about 14-16 minutes.

STEP 2

It will thicken gradually, starting around 10 minutes. Taste and adjust vanilla and sweetener levels according to preference.
