MANGO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

– 8 oz milk or dairy-free milk of choice – 1 cup frozen pineapple chunk – 1 cup frozen mango piece – 1 serving vanilla protein powder vegan if needed

STEP 1

– Add all ingredients to the blender jar in the order that they are listed, with the milk being added to the blender jar first. Blend until smooth.

STEP 2

– Add more milk or ice for the preferred consistency. Enjoy right away.

Tips for Making  Pineapple Mango Smoothie:

For the creamiest smoothie you’ve ever had, use full-fat milk. If you prefer a milk alternative, they work great as well.
