VEGAN CHOCOLATE

Pudding

INGREDIENTS

– 1/3 cup white granulated sugar – 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder – 3 tbsp cornstarch – 2 tsp pure vanilla extract – 1/8 tsp sea salt – 2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk – 3 oz 70% dark chocolate, chopped

STEP 1

Combine sugar, cacao powder, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt in a pot until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk.

STEP 2

Heat over medium-low, simmering and whisking until thick. Add chopped chocolate, whisking until melted.

STEP 3

Pour into dessert cups, cover, and refrigerate.

STEP 4

Top with salt and chocolate shavings before serving.

– Dress up your dairy-free chocolate pudding with peanut butter, roasted almonds, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, strawberry compote, or fresh banana slices.
