candied grapes

INGREDIENTS

– 1 and 1/2 cup red seedless grapes and 1 and 1/2 cup green seedless grapes

– 1 cup white granulated sugar

– 1/3 cup water

STEP 1

Combine 1/2 cup sugar and water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until dissolved.

STEP 2

Add grapes to the pan and stir to coat with the sugar mixture.

STEP 3

Place grapes on a wire rack over a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let dry at room temperature for 1 hour.

STEP 4

Roll grapes in remaining sugar to coat.

STEP 5

Place sugared grapes on parchment-lined board and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Tips for Making  Candied Grape:

– When arranging the grapes on the wire rack, ensure they don’t touch to prevent them from sticking together.
