Peanut butter smoothie

INGREDIENTS

– 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats – 1 tsp chia seeds – 1 tsp flax seeds – 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – 1/3 cup vanilla non-dairy Greek yogurt – 1/2 to 1/3 cup water – 1 banana, frozen – 3 tbsp cocoa powder – 1/4 cup natural peanut butter – 2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips (optional) – 12 to 15 ice cube

STEP 1

Add all ingredients to blender with half of the ice cubes.

STEP 2

Add chocolate chips and remaining ice cubes. Blend until smooth.

Tips for Making Chocolate  Peanut Butter Smoothie:

Instead of a frozen banana, you can also thicken your healthy peanut butter cup smoothie with avocado! Don’t worry, you won’t be able to tell it’s there.
