For the smoothest hummus, be sure to peel your chickpeas first. It's an additional step that does take time, about 10 minutes, but it's totally worth it in the end, in making a dip that's more appetizing.
Add peeled chickpeas, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup to your food processor. Blend together until smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides. Taste for sweetness and adjust if necessary.
Add in the rolled oats and pulse a few times to combine but not to break them down completely. You still want to keep the chunky monster cookie texture.
Serve topped with additional candies and oats if desired, and dip with apples or graham crackers.
Then fold in the chocolate coated candies.
