Ingredients
1bag Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips(7.5 ounces)
1cupstrawberriesdiced
1cupmandarin orangeshalved
1mangodiced
1/2pineapplecubed (about 1 cup)
2kiwissliced and halved
3/4cupblueberries
1cupred or purple grapeshalved
2ozdark chocolatemelted
For Vegan Whipped Topping
1can coconut milk solidsrefrigerated at least 24 hours
1Tbspagave or pure maple syrup
Instructions
Line a plate or tray with cinnamon pita chips
Top with diced fruit in a rainbow fashion. Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo/Violet.
To make whipped topping
In a blender or food processor, whip the solids from your can of coconut cream, discarding liquids or saving for smoothies. Add in the agave and whip until completely combined.
Top fruit with whipped topping and drizzled dark chocolate.
