Photo of a large glass filled with a pink colored, greek yogurt smoothie. It has a pink straw in the cup, and is garnished with a cherry and lime slice. The glass is on a wooden cutting board, and there is a large ice cube next to the glass. And there is a small bowl with cherries in it in the foreground of the photo.

Equipment

Instructions

  • Add the water, yogurt, frozen berries, and protein powder to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make sure to freeze your fruits ahead of time! Using frozen fruits means you can make this Greek yogurt smoothie without ice.
  • If the mixture ends up too thick, simply add a splash of water or unsweetened almond milk to thin it out and make it easier to blend. But if the mixture is too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend until you get your desired consistency.
  • Looking for a touch of sweetness to your yogurt smoothie? Add Stevia Simple Syrup to the mixture!
  • Pour the leftover smoothie into an airtight jar and refrigerate. For the best flavor, consume within the next day. If you want to make your smoothie with Greek yogurt in advance and store it for longer, pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze it for 3 months. Then, just blend the smoothie cubes with water or almond milk to serve.
