  • Wash the cantaloupe to clean off the dirt and debris on the skin. Then, cut it in half, remove the skin and seeds, and slice the flesh into small chunks.
  • Rinse the mint leaves as well.
  • Add the cantaloupe chunks and mint leaves to the blender and blend on high speed until smooth.

  • If preferred, strain to remove the pulp.

  • Add sweetener to taste. Blend to combine.
  • Pour the cantaloupe juice into the glasses. Refrigerate to chill first or serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can also blend the cantaloupe chunks with ice cubes for an extra refreshing cantaloupe juice. Just blend until the ice cubes are crushed.
  • While fresh cantaloupe juice is already delicious as is, feel free to make it with fresh ginger or add lemon juice to give it that extra oomph. You can also blend cantaloupe with coconut milk for a richer cantaloupe drink.
  • Strain the fresh cantaloupe juice if you prefer a smooth drink. Otherwise, leaving the pulp will add texture and fiber to the drink.
