Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado flesh and pit removed
  • 1 cup plain, dairy-free Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼ cup egg-free mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne optional
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • handful fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Notes

The More Cilantro, The Better
I love the taste of fresh cilantro, so I recommend adding as much of it as you would like to give this Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing such an incredible taste.
More Cayenne
If you want this dressing to be spicier, you can add a bit more cayenne pepper to the mixture. You might also want to add some jalapeno juice to really add that extra kick.
Keep Fresh
When you plan on making this in advance, store it in an airtight container and keep it refrigerated to prevent it from going bad. It should stay good in the fridge for up to three days.
