This aquafaba whipped cream no sugar is fluffy, meringue-like, and absolutely delicious. You only need 4 ingredients to make it!

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix on High speed for 14 to 16 minutes with the whisk attachment.
  • It might appear like nothing is happening for the first while, but the mixture will eventually thicken around 10 minutes of mixing. Once the mixture thickens, taste and add more sweetener or vanilla extract as needed.

Notes

  • It will take around 10 minutes of mixing for the aquafaba whipped cream to thicken. Just be careful not to overbeat, or the cream will deflate. Once stiff peaks form, you're good to go!
  • If your aquafaba isn’t whipping, begin with just the aquafaba and arrowroot powder on medium speed. Once foamy, increase to high speed until stiff peaks form, add stevia and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
  • This aquafaba whipped cream no sugar is the fluffiest within 24 to 48 hours. However, you can refrigerate it for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Re-whip before use to restore its consistency.
