- 5 cups diced ripe watermelon
- 3 cups water
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tablespoons agave optional for sweetness
Place the watermelon and 1 ½ cups of water in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a pitcher.
Stir in the remaining water, lime juice, and agave to taste. Serve chilled over ice.
