fat free vanilla yogurt

cold water

frozen strawberries

banana frozen

frozen blueberries
Instructions
Place all items in a blender in the order listed.
Blend on high speed until the smoothie is well combined.
Enjoy right away or place in freezer for half an hour to achieve a thicker smoothie.
Notes
If you are not using frozen berries and bananas, feel free to add 6-10 ice cubes.
