Super Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 small orange
  • 8-10 frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Place all items in a blender in the order listed.
  • Blend on high speed until the smoothie is well combined.
  • Enjoy right away or place in freezer for half an hour to achieve a thicker smoothie.

Notes

If you are not using frozen berries and bananas, feel free to add 6-10 ice cubes.
