Peaches & Cream Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt of your choice (I use Greek)
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 large handful fresh spinach
  • 1 banana , peeled and frozen
  • 2 peaches , sliced and frozen
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed. This will ensure that all ingredients get combined properly.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately or freeze for later enjoyment if you prefer a thicker consistency.
