vegan stir fry recipe

INGREDIENTS

- tamari - white pepper - cornstarch - tofu - avocado - cremini mushroom - baby corn - onion - broccolini - red bell pepper - carrots - green onion - red pepper flakes - rice for serving

FOR THE SAUCE

–  cornstarch –  water –  vegetable broth –  tamari –  brown sugar  –  rice wine vinegar –  sesame oil –  fresh ginger  –  garlic 

STEP 1

Toss tofu with tamari, white pepper, cornstarch.

STEP 2

Whisk sauce ingredients in bowl, set aside.

STEP 3

Heat oil, brown tofu in skillet.

STEP 4

Add veggies, cook 5 mins.

STEP 5

Pour sauce, simmer until thickened.

STEP 6

Serve over rice, top with green onions, red pepper flakes.
