Green goddess smoothie

INGREDIENTS

– cup water – 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) – 3/4 cup fresh baby spinach – 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped – 1 kiwi peeled – 1 green apple cored, roughly chopped – 1/2 green pear cored, roughly chopped – 1/2 small cucumber peeled and chopped – 1/2 medium avocado peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped – 8-10 ice cube

STEP 1

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender in the order listed. Ensure spinach is weighed down by other ingredients to blend smoothly.

STEP 2

Slice and squeeze lemon to extract juice. Set aside.

Tips for Making  Green Goddess Smoothie:

The first time you make this green drink, you may need to give it a little taste and adjust as needed. If it’s not sweet enough add more fruit or a splash of pineapple or apple juice.
