chocolate truffles balls

INGREDIENTS

– 5 Tablespoons full fat canned coconut cream – 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chip – 2-3 Tablespoons agave maple syrup, or other liquid/sticky sweetener – 1 cup almond flour – pinch of salt – mini sprinkles or cocoa powder for coating

STEP 1

Heat coconut cream in a small pot until just boiling, then turn off the heat and add dark chocolate chips, stirring to melt.

STEP 2

In a large bowl, mix melted chocolate, almond flour, agave, and a pinch of salt until combined.

STEP 3

Form 14-16 truffle balls using a tablespoon. Refrigerate for 5 minutes, then roll to smooth.

STEP 4

Coat with mini sprinkles or cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
