vegan pot roast

INGREDIENTS

– 1 package Gardein Beefless Tips – 4 to 5 red potatoes, washed and cut into quarter – 1 yellow onion, chopped roughly – 1 cup baby carrots – 1 cup mushrooms, sliced – 4 celery stalks, diced – 1 tbsp vegan steak seasoning – 1 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp black pepper – 4 cups

STEP 1

Place all the ingredients in your slow cooker. Stir until combined.

STEP 2

Set on Low for 6 hours.

STEP 3

Serve on its own or over quinoa or brown rice.
