Butter Cup Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

– 1/2 cup old-fashioned oat – 1 Tablespoon chia seed – 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter – 2 teaspoons cocoa powder – 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup – 1/2 cup almond milk

STEP 1

In a jar, mix all ingredients. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight or for at least a few hours.

STEP 2

Shake well. If too thick, add a splash of milk and stir. Microwave to warm or eat cold. Enjoy!

Tips for Making  Healthy Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oat:

You could really use any oats, but I much prefer old-fashioned rolled oats. I’ve tried overnight oats with steel cut oats, and while it works, it’s definitely a bit more chewy than I’d like.
