INGREDIENTS

– 16 plain rice cakes – 11.5 oz vegan chocolate chips – Peanut butter – Kiwis, sliced – Raspberries – Strawberries, sliced – Pistachios, chopped – Peanuts, crushed

STEP 1

Microwave chocolate chips in a bowl: 1 minute, stir, then 30 seconds, stirring until spreadable.

STEP 2

Spread melted chocolate onto rice cake with a spoon.

STEP 3

Add desired toppings and let cool on a rack until chocolate hardens.

STEP 4

Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy chocolate-covered rice cakes!
