Juice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups fresh blackberries – 1/2 cup sugar – 1 cup water – Fresh mint (optional)

STEP 1

Rinse blackberries, pat dry. Combine blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.

STEP 2

Add mint if desired. Simmer for 10-15 mins until the blackberries soften.

STEP 3

Cool slightly, then strain the juice into the container. Discard pulp, seeds, and mint.

STEP 4

Adjust sweetness if needed. Refrigerate until chilled or serve over ice.

Tips for Making Blackberry Juice:

Dilute blackberry juice with water to adjust taste and consistency. Add gradually until desired balance achieved.
