INGREDIENTS

– 1 14-oz block firm tofu, crumbled (2 tbsp reserved) – 2 tbsp unsweetened plain almond milk – 1 tbsp nutritional yeast – 1/4 tsp turmeric powder – 1/4 to 1/2 tsp black salt – 1 tbsp vegan butter – Sea salt to taste – Black pepper to taste

STEP 1

Blend reserved tofu, almond milk, nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, and black salt until smooth.

STEP 2

Melt vegan butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add puree and remaining crumbled tofu. Mix and cook for 5 minutes or until most liquid evaporates.

STEP 3

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
