Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix with a spoon until well combined and smooth.
  • Then add in the almond flour, scoop of vegan protein and the salt. Mix well (with your hands or a spoon) until a moldable dough begins to form. If dough is too dry, add 1-3 tablespoons of hot water until you get a moldable dough.
  • Lastly, fold in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.
  • Use your hands to roll the dough into 16 balls. Refrigerate before consuming or enjoy them immediately.

Notes

If the protein bites are too hard after the refrigerator or freezer, let them sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before consuming
