Vegan Buttercream Frosting

Servings 2 cups
- 1 cup vegan butter room temperature
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Using a stand mixer, beat the butter until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until the icing is smooth.
Beat in the almond milk and vanilla extract.
Use the icing immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
