  • 5 cups diced ripe watermelon
  • 3 cups water
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tablespoons agave optional for sweetness


  • Place the watermelon and 1 ½ cups of water in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  • Stir in the remaining water, lime juice, and agave to taste. Serve chilled over ice.
