Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and stir to combine. Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Whisk over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes until the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and either serve immediately or allow to cool slightly, letting it thicken up a bit more.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.
