Healthy Mini Margherita Pizzas

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat English Muffins
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Fresh Basil
  • Grape or Cherry Tomatoes , halved
  • Weight Watcher's Cheese Sticks , sliced into ½-inch pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spread an English Muffin with a tablespoon or two of pizza sauce. Top with 4-5 tomato halves, a few leaves of basil, and a few cheese stick bites.
  • Repeat for how-ever many people you are serving.
  • Place individual pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, just to warm. Turn the broiler on to melt the cheese for about 1 minute or less. Keep an eye on it - the cheese melts quickly and the edges of the english muffins brown quickly.
  • Enjoy with a side salad or fresh veggies.
