5-Minute Slow-Cooker Vegetarian Chili
This Slow-Cooker Vegetarian Chili takes just a few minutes to throw everything in together. Four hours later you have a hearty meal that is sure to warm you from the inside!

1 cup lentils 1 can chili ready beans 1 can northern white beans , drained & rinsed 1 can black beans , drained & rinsed 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 2 cups vegetable broth 2 Tablespoons chili powder 1 packet chili seasoning ½ Tablespoon dried basil salt and pepper , to taste 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 bay leaf Garnish (optional) sour cream shredded cheese
1. Add all chili ingredients to a slow-cooker, and stir until well combined.2. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low 8 hours.3. Remove the bay leaf before serving. Top with vegan sour cream, cheese, or other desired toppings.
