  • 2 cups almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 2 Tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • cup water
  • 1 ⅔ cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup oats , slightly ground - not into a flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup peanuts , chopped
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup agave
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips for topping , optional
